Changed your mind? Ordered the wrong size? Happens. We get it.

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

The rules (we promise they're painless)

To get your refund, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In their original condition
• With tags attached
• Free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, fake tan, pet hair, mystery stains… you get the idea.

Basically, treat it like you just received it.

Please note: return postage for change-of-mind returns is your responsibility.

What if something is wrong?

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, don't panic. Contact us at INFO@BOKUMBRA.COM and we'll sort it out.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.

If an item has been worn or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to try it on, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.
